@11xMoney, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding Blinking Exclamation Point on HP LaserJet MFP M139we Printer!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

The blinking exclamation point on your HP LaserJet MFP M139we printer typically indicates an error or warning that needs to be addressed to restore normal operation. Here's a step-by-step guide to diagnose and resolve the issue:

1. Check for Error Messages

  • Control Panel: Look at the printer's control panel for any error messages or codes.
  • Computer: Check your connected computer for any pop-up error messages from the HP printer software.

2. Paper Issues

  • Paper Jam: Ensure there are no paper jams in the printer. Open all access doors and remove any stuck paper.
  • Paper Tray: Make sure the paper tray is properly loaded with the correct size and type of paper. Align the paper guides properly.

3. Ink/Toner Cartridge

  • Cartridge Installation: Verify that the toner cartridge is properly installed.
  • Cartridge Level: Check if the toner cartridge is low or empty and replace it if necessary.

4. Connectivity Check

  • Cable Connections: Ensure that all cables (USB, power) are securely connected.
  • Wireless Connection: If using a wireless connection, make sure the printer is properly connected to your Wi-Fi network.

5. Reset the Printer

  • Power Cycle: Turn off the printer, wait for 60 seconds, and then turn it back on. This can clear temporary errors.
  • Factory Reset: If the problem persists, consult the printer's manual or HP support website for instructions on performing a factory reset.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
