Hi @Qwerty151,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
When your HP Ink Tank Wireless 415 printer is not turning on, it can be caused by various issues. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try.
Check the Power Supply
- Ensure the power cord is properly connected to the back of the printer and a functioning power outlet.
- Plug the printer directly into a wall outlet instead of a power strip or surge protector, as these might restrict power flow.
Verify the Power Adapter
- Check if the power adapter is warm when plugged in. If it’s cold, it might be defective.
- Replace the power adapter if you suspect it’s faulty. Make sure to use an HP-recommended adapter.
Reset the Printer
- Disconnect the power cord from the printer and the wall outlet.
- Wait for 60 seconds.
- Reconnect the power cord and try turning the printer on.
Inspect for Physical Damage
- Check for any physical damage to the power cord, plug, or printer itself.
- Look for loose components inside the printer.
Perform a Hard Reset
- Unplug the printer and press and hold the Power button for 30 seconds.
- Release the button, reconnect the power cord, and turn on the printer.
Check for Electrical Issues
- Test the outlet with another device to ensure it’s working properly.
- If the outlet is fine, but the printer still doesn’t turn on, try using a different outlet.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
