HP OfficeJet Pro 8028 All-in-One Printer, 3UC64A
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer started failing today.  The printer displays on it that it has an error, that it needs to be turn off, disconnect, reconnect and turn on. If the problem persists contact customer support.

I've checked if there is any paper stuck = nothing after exploring all of the rollers inside.

I've restarted the printer around 30 times today with all sort of combinations, unplugging the cable, waiting for hours, waiting for minutes, etc.  Same result, same error.

The HP smart tool only shows that the printer has a failure, with the recommendation to turn off , unplug, plug and turn on.

After opening the lid, checking all of the visible rollers, nothing is stuck, they all turn smooth, no piece damaged or broken.

The printer states document loaded every single time it turns on.

Any clue?  this printer hasn't worked too much, we purchase it this year.

Hi Lorekks, have you tried manually re doing the set up on the printer?

I've tried to clean and align rollers, it didn't allow me to do that. Displays the same error.

I've tried to re establish the original configurations...  Displays the same error.
