@Jaymee2, Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding the HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e.

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution. We hope our assistance has been helpful!

The blue screen error B80B746C on your HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e printer is typically related to a hardware or firmware issue. Here are some steps you can try to resolve this:

  1. Update Printer Firmware:

    • Ensure that the printer's firmware is up-to-date. Go to the HP Support website and look for any available firmware updates for your OfficeJet Pro 9015e model.
  2. Driver Update:

    • Update the printer drivers on your computer. Make sure you have the latest version that is compatible with your computer's operating system.
  3. Check Cable Connections:

    • Ensure that all cable connections between the printer and the computer are secure. If you are using a USB connection, try using a different USB cable or port.
  4. Using HP Smart:

    • If you are not already using it, try installing the HP Smart app for Windows. This app can facilitate printing and scanning tasks and can sometimes bypass driver issues.
  5. Uninstall and Reinstall Drivers:

    • Uninstall the existing printer drivers, restart your computer, and then reinstall the drivers using the latest version from the HP website. This can resolve conflicts or corrupted files causing the error.
  6. Print Job Queue:

    • Clear the print job queue on your computer. Go to "Printers & Scanners" settings, select your OfficeJet Pro 9015e printer, and clear any pending print jobs.
  7. System Compatibility Check:

    • Ensure your computer’s operating system meets all compatibility requirements for the OfficeJet Pro 9015e. If using Windows 11, verify all updates are installed.
  8. Check for Conflicting Software:

    • Conflicts with other software on your computer can cause these issues, especially security software or outdated programs. Check if disabling any third-party software temporarily resolves the problem.

I hope this helps!

Take care and have an amazing day!
