Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I need help with the below error. The message says "There is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn printer off, then on. If problem persists, contact HP".  I have already tried unplugging and restarting as suggested, This happened after using the printer with no errors just before. Any help would be much appreciated.

I just spoke with professional print repair.   They are familiar enough with this known problem that they have a set price for repair for  print head replacement.    The print head has a limited lifespan as the print electronics give out, but HP doesn't make that obvious on their solution pages.
