I replaced my ink cartridges with new 951xl cartridges directly from HP in my Officejet Pro 8600 Plus and now getting a printer failure message. If I put in the old cartridges, the error message goes away and get the message they are depleted, which is why I got new ones. I updated the firmware on the printer, did the power reset and reseated the printhead and cartridges already. I'm stuck at this point and can't get past the error message.

Turned out the Yellow cartridge must have been defective enough to cause this issue because as I got on a call with HP Support and while swapping cartridges around again, the Yellow cartridge went completely into a failed state that registered on the printer display and because it's under warranty, they are sending me a replacement cartridge and the other two brand new cartridges are registering properly with the printer.
