HP Color Laser 150nw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

 2 year old printer acting up. Have replaced black cartridge twice other than that hardly used.

Error shows up as Printer Error in app, on desktop it says "replace or install waste toner container". 

I cant seem to locate the "waste toner cointainer" after removing all the cartridges. No other support on the web. Can someone help ?

I understand you are getting an error message "replace or install waste toner container" on your HP Color Laser 150nw Printer . Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

Update the printer firmware 

 

  • Click here to download and install the latest printer firmware from your product
  • Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.
