Dear Hp
My product: Hp Deskjet Ink Advantage 4535 All in one printer
My printer has been displaying a message as follows:
'Printer Failure
0x61000072
There is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn on and off...if message persists contact HP.'
It is not printing any of my documents. Printing seems to be the only issue seeing that I was able to scan a document.
It is approximately 2 years old and I have never encountered such problem. It has been kept in a clean environment and is in good condition.
I have only been using Hp Ink Cartridges 664 black and coloured.
I only used A4 paper.
I have tried the powering off 'reset' but the problem persists.
Please help me for I am sincerely fraustrated.
Regards,
Willow

Welcome to HP Support Community
Let's start with a printer reset
(1) Turn the printer on, if it is not already on.
(2) Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
(3) With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
(4) Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
(5) Wait at least 60 seconds.
(6) Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
NOTE: HP recommends connecting the printer power cord directly to the wall outlet.
(7) Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
(8) Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
The printer might go through a warm-up period. The printer lights might flash, and the carriage might move.
Wait until the warm-up period finishes and your printer is idle and silent before you proceed
Then update the firmware from this Link: https://support.hp.com/sg-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-deskjet-ink-advantage-4530-all-in-one-printer-se...
