After installing new printer cartridges and printing for several days with no problem, all of a sudden I received a printhead failure message. I disconnected the computer uninstalled, then reinstalled the cartridges, and followed some other troubleshooting things I found online. Nothing has worked. Now I am receiving a “printer failure” message with the code 0XC19A0023 please turn printer off then on again. I’ve done that several times, unplugging the printer from the wall and from the back of the printer and restarting. I’m not sure what to do next. Suggestions please.

Hi @LaDeeDa
Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to help you with the "0x.." error.
Let's try these steps -
1) Take out the cartridges.
2) Unplug the power cord from the printer & wall.
3) Wait for 30 seconds.
4) Plug the power cord back into the printer and wall, ensure the printer is plugged into the wall & not to a surge protector.
5) Insert the cartridges back into the printer.
Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
If the issue still persists, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your printer. If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
Have a great day!
