Product: HP OfficeJet 7610 Wide Format e-All-in-One Printer

Hello, for some reason my printer is giving me an error that says “Printer Failure. There is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn off, then on. If problem persists, contact hp.”

 

I have tried everything from cleaning my ink cartridges with a lint free cloth, turning printer off/on, unplugging, my firmware is also updated, so I don’t know what’s the problem.
