Wireless Printer HP ENVY 4520 has ERROR CODE 0X83C0002B NOS_LOADER_APP. How do I get rid of this so I can use my printer. I have already tried unplugging power cord.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Are you able to make photocopies on the printer?

While you respond to that, let's update the printer firmware:

With the printer on and connected to the computer, go to HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads, and then identify your printer. Look for and install any available firmware updates. Refer to the document HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
