I have a HP Envy 4520 printer that will not print on both sides of a page. I have check the printer in the Control Panel and it shows that Automatic Duplexing Unit is Installed. I've tried HP Print and Scan Doctor 7.5.1 to no avail. I've had this problem in the past and an older version of HP Print and Scan Doctor would correct this problem but unfortunately I don't remember with version I used. Thanks for any assistance given.
