Hello guys,
I hope everyone is doing well! Is someone able to assist with this 'General Error' I am receiving on my HP Officejet Pro 8600? I checked the ink and cartridges, and everything looks good inside. Any suggestions are helpful. This printer worked like a charm, and then one day I got this message out of the blue. I followed the instructions, unplugged everything, and turned it off and on over the past several days.
Once I'm back online..... it goes right back to this same "Printer Failure" error message:

I see that you are facing issues with your printer. Do not worry, we are here to fix it.
May I know from when are you facing this issue?
Did you make any hardware or software-related changes to it?
I understand you are not able to print due to this error. Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - An 'Ink System Failure' or 'System Supply Problem' Error Displays
You may also try the steps here - Printhead errors
Make sure you are using HP ink cartridges. Insert one ink cartridge at a time and check for the error.
Use the old ink cartridges and check if the error persists.
