I have been an instant ink customer for quite some time. This week when I inserted a new color ink cartridge, all my documents had streaks in the colored area. as well as the color itself being off as well. After trying to find the answers online and doing all the recommended trouble shooting, I used the Chat feature only to be told it wasn't available at this time. After I finally found a phone number to call, the agent really wasn't interested in hearing what I had done and kept asking questions I had already answered. It felt as though he was more concerned with my warranty or lack there of, than to help with the issue I was calling about. He ended up just hanging up. Not only did I cancel my service, I will make sure to tell everyone about the lack of customer service provided. All this over what I believe was just a defective cartridge.
