Can I use 302 printer ink as well as 301 in my HP Deskjet 3636?

 

Also, its telling me the colour cartridge has 2/3 left and the black 1/3 left but when I print it is very faded or non-existent. I have shaken both cartridges to no avail.

Is the quality bad on copies as well?
