Envy 4520 All-In-One
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently acquired a pre-owned HP Envy 4510 printer. I set it up to use wireless printing. It scans okay remotely. It does not print however, I have tried using the clean cartridge options but that has not helped.

The software reports there is still ink in the cartridges. I recently bought genuine ink cartridges HP 63XL blank and multi-color. I followed the instructions to open the lid, however the ink cartridge does not move to the center of the printer. It is stuck on the right side. I don't think it has anything to do with the carriage since, when I print the cartridge carriage can be seen moving left and right. I am just not able to replace the ink cartridges.

How do I resolve this?

I tried that. The same thing occurs. When I open the lid, I expect the cartridge tray to move to where I can change the cartridge. It does not. It remains on the right hand side of the printer covered in such a way that I cannot remove the cartridges.
