We have multiple HP M430 printers, when the 24H2 update was pushed out all of these printers started printing out this error message whenever the laptop is reconnected to the printer. These are all USB printers. I've tried reinstalling drivers, reinstalling the printer, power cycling, factory reset, disabling informational notifications, clearing the spool, updating the firmware. None of these have worked.

This is a Windows 11 24H2 issue specifically. Work-arounds are to roll-back to Windows 11 23H2, or ask Microsoft to fix this. We are encountering this also with customers.
My recommendation will be to use an Ethernet Print Server.

I had a similar problem with two other brand printers.
When i found out it was an usb problem because of the update.
(not able to roll back the windows 11 update)
I put a usb to utp convertor in the mix.
Usb in the latop, utp in the printer.
it fixed the problem right away.
only 15 euro solution.
Hope it helps for you as well.
