Basically, all of the sudden it decided not to print, and said no driver was available. I went to HP and got the driver, and loaded it. Two hours later I got the same thing. It all looks good, but for the past two weeks, it WILL NOT PRINT. I've had about ten previous HP laser printers since 1997, and this is by far the worst. I find their support has gotten worse, and they just don't appreciate things from a user perspective. Unlike Toshiba, for example, they expect you to be fantastic at all things computer with and infinite amount of time to burn diagnosing and fixing problems. The real world just isn't like that. All I want is a quick fast printer that prints and I don't have to spend several hours a week getting to do its job. I know its likely that Microsoft, which is trying to fob off its upgrade to Windows 11 or 16, whatever, is likely behind this as well. I find them all a bunch of geeks with no practical sense. I hope the EU kicks all their *butts off the continent, for all they're worth.

If you can provide some details I may have some suggestions, but need to know connection method and whether this only a print problem or scanning as well and if scanning, what method you are using to scan
