Hi @sarahe09,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand your HP ENVY 6052e printer is experiencing an issue with all the lights flashing when powered on. This can indicate a hardware problem or a firmware issue. Here are a few steps you can try to troubleshoot this:
- Check for Paper Jams: Even if there's no visible jam, sometimes a small piece of paper can trigger this behavior. Open all access doors and check carefully for any bits of paper stuck inside.
- Reset the Printer: Turn off the printer, unplug the power cord from the printer and the wall outlet, and wait at least 60 seconds. Then, plug the power cord back into the wall outlet and the printer, and turn the printer back on.
- Update Firmware (if possible): Sometimes, updating the printer's firmware can resolve such issues. You can check HP's official website for any available firmware updates for your printer model. Update the firmware on an HP printer
- Inspect for Obvious Damage: Look for any visible signs of damage to the printer, such as broken parts or loose components.
Refer to this document: HP ENVY 6052e All-in-One Printer User manual
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
