Two days ago, my printer, instead of printing, started displaying error messages, on both my such printer LCD screen and my PC screen, about a "missing or failed printhead," as I have shown in my below pics and screenshot. To fix such printer issue of mine, I, following my such printer LCD screen and HP support desktop Screenshot (51926).pngapplication and website instructions, first, installed into such printer brand new ink cartridge replacements for all of such printer ink cartridge colors, second, removed and re-installed such printer ink cartridges, third, turned off and back on my such printer, forth, unplugged and re-inserted my such printer power cable, fifth, uninstalled and re-installed my such printer driver, and, finally, re-started my PC, all to no avail. It is possible to require servicing the printer for a such as this is likely a hardware failure.
