Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I have gone through all troubleshooting steps.  Printer and Mac connected to same network.  Keep getting "printer not responding" message on Mac.

HP Office jet 3830 was working fine but recently started getting Printer is not responding msgs.  Everything is showing  connection to wifi on both the Mac mini computer and the printer.  I can print wirelessly from my iphone or iPad at the other end of the house, but not from the computer sitting right next to the printer. It did this the other day then after going to printer preferences there were two printers listed.  I deleted the first one and the second one worked.  I don't know how it got there, but now it's not working today.
