Dear Team,
Please help to resolve the issue i have purchase the device on 1st March 2020 and product was delivered 7th of march unforchuntly we have not open the printer after that lockdown was start after end of lockdown we have open the printer we have found there is hardware issue he has showing error.
please help to resolve the issue on priority.
