Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi - I hope someone can help solve my issue.

We have a small home based business with 2x HP OfficeJet 8710 printers on the wi-fi network.

2x W10 PC's and a Macbook.

The problem is that when printing from one of the PC's we always have printer offline status appear.

The other PC and the Mac are working just fine.

The solution in the past has been to delete the printers form this PC, and reinstall using the original disks (not autoistall - that's no good either)

It will then usually be fine for a few months, but now its a perpetual issue.

However, even on the PC that tells me the printer is offline when trying to print, I can scan documents from the printes using the 'Scan to computer' function on the printer and send scans to that PC.

Any ideas, anyone?

Thanks in advance

I've just come on to look for the same thing. We changed our router a few days ago and the printer has been iffy since then but everything else is working. I wonder if it's an HP issue?
