My printer gives me a printer paper jam error, i've went through all the steps suggest on this board, I have removed both sides of the printer, and have check everywher and even blew it out with low pressure air. I beleive it's a sensor problem, especiall since my son pulled out a jammed piece of paper. Can you tell me or show me wher that would be located? Or is there something else telling the printer there is a jam. I have the latest firmware as I downloaded it yesterday.
Any advice would be helpful, or manuals.
thanks

Could well be a sensor problem.
Consumer grade printers provide for very little in the way of "DYI" repairs.
Solutions, in order:
A 'Paper Jam' Message Displays for HP Officejet Pro K8600 and K8600dn Color Printers
If the "sensor" can be cleared, it may do so during the Reset.
No joy?
If the printer is a favorite, if its age is reasonable (a couple of years old), if the the printer has served you well until now, you might consider dragging the printer over to your nearest local printer repair house. Some problems are minor enough that they are at least worth a look by a Technician.
