I'm getting error message "Printhead Problem , remove all cartridges, reinstall printhead".
I've done this, tried cleaning the printhead, bought a replacement printhead, unplugged printer and still same message.
I am not using HP ink cartridges, but I've had no issues with this before (years).
Any help would be great.
