Product: ENVY Photo 7800 All in one printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Printer started printing poorly.  Ran head cleaner 3 times, ran diagnostics, ran alignment.  It's looking worse as it goes through the tests.  Using HP Printing cartridge, clean new paper.  Printer is 2 yrs old.   Not used a lot.. but used. Can't really read the Usage Information but it looks like 914 pages in its life.

Thank you.  The replacement black cartridge did repair the printing issue.  The cartridge that was in there came from the same package and it was 3/4 full according to the printer.    These cartridges are expensive and it's annoying that it failed.  I hope this issue is not repeated.
