I purchased a HP Deskjet 2752e on Dec 17, 2021, and have experienced issues with printing ever since. I have called customer service on numerous occasions only to have the issue repeat itself. Since it is still under warranty, I want to find out how to go about returning this product? Please let me know what the process is, as I cannot find it on your website. I do not wish to be stuck with a device that can only maintain a WiFi connection while I am on the phone with customer service. Extremely disappointed with this purchase!

P.S.

I have also used my Samsung S9 to print and it will not let me print from this device either.
