Hello,
I bought my printer a couple of years ago but I’m just now setting it up and it keeps giving me an error message that the cartridge is stalled and there are two orange lights flickering. Can someone help?

The 2755 comes with setup cartridges that hold a small amount of ink lasting a week or two for calibration purposes. After 2 years it is likely the ink is dried out and you will be unable to do the initial calibration but you can try.
Are you using the setup cartridges? If the printer asks to have the setup cartridges installed, depending on the model it may be possibly to bypass and use genuine HP ink instead.
Did you buy new ink cartridges?
Non HP ink can be used on this list of HP printers.
The below type is unlikely to work on your 2700 series
Check the expiration date of the ink and verify it is genuine. To check if an HP ink cartridge is genuine, look for a security label on the cartridge, scan the QR code on the label with your phone, and then go to HP's website hp.com/go/ok to verify the serial number on the label; if the label appears tampered or the serial number doesn't validate, the cartridge is likely not genuine.
