Hello everyone,
I just purchased a new laser printer - HP LaserJet Pro M15a. I tried setting up the printer but it refuses to print. I did as instructed but when i try to print, a error message appeared "Printing Error". The printer starts to work but it only print the very top of the page most of the time.
I tried deleting the driver to start again the set up (i think i am at the fifth time trying).
Does anyone have encoutered this problem or maybe know how to fix it ? I am starting to be really desesperate, as i need to print documents for work and i already spend at least three hours on it...)
Thank you for reading my message (and i am sorry for any language mistakes as i am not a native english speaker)

@Maydez Welcome to HP Community!
I understand that you are facing a printing issue.
I would suggest you try the Windows built-in drivers. Follow the steps below:
• Go to Control Panel - Devices and printers - Click on "Add printer" and follow the on-screen instructions.
• When the page prompts for the drivers, select "Windows update". The driver list will be updated.
• Click HP, Hewlett Packard, or Hewlett-Packard in the Manufacturer pane, and then click the name of your printer in the Printers pane.
