I am trying to set up my HP Envy 6020e printer. I am using the HP Smart app on my mobile phone for the setup process. It goes through all of the setup steps just fine until it gets to the last step and then I receive that error message. I have also tried to do it via the HP Smart app on my PC but I get the same results. I have tried to research for troubleshooting tips online but have not found any helpful solutions. Any assistance would be appreciated.

The following are my Wifi Network specs, if that helps:
Protocol:  Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac)

Security Type:  WPA2-Personal

Network Band:  5 GHz

Network Channel:  100

Link Speed (Receive/Transmit):  260/260 (Mbps)

Thank you
