Product: HP ENVY Inspire 7220e All-in-One Printer
Just to make sure I understand correctly, upon powering on your HP ENVY Inspire 7220E printer, the cartridge carrier moves briefly, followed by a clicking sound. The printer then displays the error message: “The photo tray is blocked.” You’ve already performed standard paper jam and cleaning routines, but the issue persists. Is that correct?
