HP LaserJet M209dwe Printer

"Printer Cannot Print

A problem has occurred and you will be unable to print until the issue is resolved.

Sign in to your HP account on the home screen to check your status."

The above message is from the HP Smart app.  If I click the i icon on the printer, the printed report says:

"Printer cannot print

A problem has occurred and you will be unable to print, except for printer reports, until the issue is resolved.  Check your HP account for more information.  To learn more, open the HP Smart app or visit www.hpsmart.com and sign in to your account."

The light on the bar is solid amber, which indicates the printer doors are not properly closed.  However, the printer doors are properly closed.

I've signed in and looked around, but can't find any further information about what the problem is or how to resolve it - everything I find just says "Printer Cannot Printer".  Any help appreciated.

I removed the printer from my account, factory reset it and re-added it.  It now works as normal.
