There is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn printer off,then on. If problem persists, contract HP Out warranty help

MY INK CARTRIDGE HAS LEAKED CAUSING THE PRINTER TO MALFUNCTION. WHAT ASSISTANCE, OR HELP WILL HP OFFER ME,

AS THE MESS IS NOT MY FAULT BUT A MALFUNCTIONING CARTRIDGE ?
