OfficeJet 4650
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an Officejet 4650.  I recently changed internet providers.  Since then, the wireless light on the printer is on and status is excellent, but all my devices report that it is offline.  I have to pull the plug on the machine then plug it back in to get it to work.  How can I fix this issue?

Check the firmware, latest is 1830A.

Set a static IP outside the DHCP range.

My firmware is up to date.  I did change the Manual IP Address on the web interface page for HP but nothing else.  Still doesn't work.

What router did you you get?

It's from Spectrum.  Mfg is Technicolor.  Model # TC8717T.

Did you also assign a reserved IP on the router?

I do not have any more suggestions.

Don't know how to reserve an IP on the router.  I did find a suggestion to create a new port and assign the printer to it, which I did and it did work … for a few days.  This morning I was back to restarting the printer.
