My printer suddenly stopped printing. It sounds and acts like it's printing, but nothing prints. I have changed the ink cartridge and cleaned the printer head at least 15 times, using the tools section on the printer. What next? Thanks.

Welcome to HP Forums,
Let's get straight to it!
Cleaning the printhead 15 times is a little too many times, I'd say!
I suggest you check if the copier works as a stand-alone device, that way we could determine if its either a hardware or a software related issue.
Meanwhile, if you've ensured genuine/compatible ink cartridges are in use and you've ensured supported paper type/size is used, please perform steps 4, 8 & 9 using this link: Click here (Manually cleaning the printhead would be helpful if not done yet)
Let me know how that pans out,
