I have this printer need to know how to delete or add more e mail addresses, when scanned document in scan letting me know that there is no more room, to add e mail adress, so i want to delete some from the book, any one know how to remove names from adress book

hi, 

 

you may edit or delete the email address book from the printer EWS page. here's the steps

 

1. goto your computer, enter the printer ip address into the internet browser

2. goto Scan -> Scan to Email-> Email address book 

3. select Email address that you would like to delete or edit

4. click delete or edit button to proceed.

Could you try the steps in this link

 

You will need to make the changes to the email address book from the Embedded Web server. You can also review this information on Page 63 of the Users Guide (http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c01643304.pdf)
