Greetings,
Not sure if there is an answer for this, but I purchased my printer from someone on FB marketplace. They told me they deactivated everything, but after calling HP today, they said it's still not inactivated. The seller has already moved, and I don't really have a way to contact them. Is there a way to reset this?

Hi @ZenPanda,
I'd like to help!
I understand your printer is already enrolled in instant ink and you would like to cancel the account.
To cancel the old account you would need the account information from the previous owner or you can reach theHP Instant Ink team(contact info can be found on the home page) in your region for further assistance.
Refer to the document to cancel the account -https://support.hp.com/ee-en/product/hp-photosmart-microlab-printers/3467982/document/c03767641
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
