My printer blocked a PDF (certificate).

It says waiting to send???

Is this anything to do with 'instant ink'? 

I hardly print and pay my subscription. What is the point?

The printer blocked the PDF in what way?

Is the fact that this is a certificate related?  For example, is the PDF document password protected?

Is the PDF file opened on your computer for print?

What software / application are you using to print the PDF file?

 

Where are you seeing "Waiting to send" message?

Is "Waiting to send" the exact text of the error message?

 

Not sure how a PDF print would be related to Instant Ink.

?

Perhaps you can provide an error message or reason you think PDF print is related to the subscription?
