Hi i have a hp deskjet 3670.
I have sent a job to the printer but the notification/printer spooler says job waiting to send. However on HP Smart app it says printer status is ready to print.
It is connected to HP Eprint and also connected to the internet (lights solid and not blinking.) There is no paper jam or low ink or paper jam or printer door open.
I have turned it off unplugged overnight and plugged back in and turned back on and still the same. I have pressed the paper button just incase to let printer know paper is installed correctly but nothing.
Not sure what else to do and i need to print something off.

Hi @Rachybaby88,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If your HP Deskjet 3670 printer is blocked and not printing even though it says it is ready, there are a few things you can try to resolve the issue.
- Check for any error messages: Look for any error messages on the printer display or on your computer screen. This could give you a clue as to what the problem is.
- Check the ink levels: Make sure the ink cartridges have enough ink and are properly installed.
- Clear any print jobs: Sometimes, print jobs can get stuck in the printer's queue, preventing new print jobs from starting. Clear any print jobs that are waiting to print.
- Restart the printer: Sometimes, a simple restart can fix the issue. Turn off the printer, wait a few seconds, and then turn it back on.
- Check for connectivity issues: Make sure the printer is connected to your computer or network and that the connection is stable.
- Update the printer driver: Make sure you have the latest printer driver installed on your computer. You can download the driver from our HP website.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
