I get a message saying "printer blocked". There is an exclamation point in the little window. A envelope, ink levels and the wifi arches search for network does that help to explain what "printer blocked" means?  It also says the door covering where the ink cartridges live is not closed.  But it is as closed as it was 1~5 minutes before and it wasn't any issue then.  Then suddenly it is for no reason!  Tyvm

@MSKulp2day, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I understand you are not able to print. To assist you better, is the printer enrolled in Instant Ink?

Are you using Instant Ink cartridges in the printer?

Restart the wireless router, the printer, and the PC

Make sure the printer is connected to the internet.

For more info on this issue and resolving blinking lights on the printer, refer to this document.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
