Printer blue screen error code B80937CA

I was having problems with my new epson printer scanning.  So I just bought the HP Laserjet 9018e Printer two weeks ago.  While I was trying to scan (which it wouldn't do), I ran the troubleshooting app and now I have all lights flashing with the B80937CA error code.  The troubleshooter couldn't fix it.  I need it fixed or I'll return it to Costco!

I understand you are receiving a "B80937CA" error on the printer screen.

We can perform a factory defaults on the printer to resolve the issue

• The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
• I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
