Product: OfficeJet Pro 8720
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

Printer has printed 5x7 photos in the past but refuses to now.  Will print 4x5 but not 5x7.   

Tried using three different computers with the same result.  Updated firmware on printer.  Shut down printer, unplugged it and restarted it but with same result.  Ideas for a fix?

@SamDH, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

  • This printer supports printing on 5x7 photo papers.
  • Do you get any errors while printing?
  • Which application are you using to print?

Check for any software updates on MAC

Click the Apple icon > About This Mac > Software Update and install any available update.

 

Make sure the photo papers are properly placed in the tray. You may refer to this document to know how to load the photo papers.
