Hi @Iris12,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

When you receive the message "Printer Cannot Print. A problem has occurred" on your HP OfficeJet Pro 8028e All-In-One Printer, it usually means that there is an issue preventing the printer from completing your print job. There are several possible causes of this error, including.

  • Paper Jam: Check for any paper jammed inside the printer. If you find any, gently remove it to avoid any damage to the printer.
  • Low Ink Level: Make sure that your ink cartridges have enough ink. If they are low on ink, replace them with new cartridges.
  • Connectivity Issue: Check that the printer is properly connected to your computer or mobile device. Also, check that your Wi-Fi network is working correctly.
  • Firmware Update: Sometimes, outdated firmware can cause printing issues. Check if there is any available firmware update for your printer on HP's website.
  • Printer Driver: Make sure that you have installed the correct printer driver software for your printer. If not, download and install the correct driver from HP's website.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
