HP ENVY 5534 e-All-in-One Printer

I have an HP Envoy 5534 All-In-One printer.  I have had it for a few years never a problem.  All of a sudden it has stopped printing.  My Laptop to printer connectivity is via Wireless.  If I instruct my HP app to print a test page it does so no problem so I know there isn't a connection problem.  But the printer will not print any word, PDF, excel whatever.  The jobs just sit in que until I get a message "error"   There is no error qualifier.  I have updated the drivers and ran the Scan Doctor but still nothing prints.  HELP?
