When I am printing, every few seconds the printer pauses for between 1 and 30 seconds and then continues until the next pause which could be just 2 seconds later. This is repetitive during a single A4 print. Very occasionaly, the printer will function as normal and print an A4 in seconds but that is rare. If I run a 10 copy run, it can take anything up to 5 minutes which is really frustrating.
I have tried reinstalling the drivers with no difference. I have tried unplugging the printer to start again but no difference.
It has been doing this for several months, maybe even a couple of years, but it has now got to the point where I am considering scrapping the printer and buying something else, but it won't be HP. Can anyone help please?

We can perform a factory defaults on the printer to resolve the issue
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
- I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
