Hello, 

My printer has recently started to cut off bottom of the page when copying, abut 1".  This happen only when copying; printing works fine.  I am always careful to position the paper correctly on the glass - between the markers.  Both the original and the paper stock are the A4 format.   Printer settings in all applications are correctly set to A4.
