I'm trying to print off the order of service for my mother in law's funeral, and the printer refuses to print anything on the right edge of the page. I have no margins set (ie, no border allowance) and the print just stops at about one and a half cms from the edge, cutting off patterns and words. I'm in landscape mode, so that the end product can be folded to make an A5 booklet. I cannot see any reason why it is doing this and I've now wasted so much paper, trying different things, to get it to print properly. Any suggestions will be great!

Hello, @Embolism – Hope you are well 🙂
Thanks for reaching out to the HP Support Forums! I would like to help you with the printer issue 🙂
I understand that the printer is centering correctly on the page. To assist you with this issue, I need to know whether the printer can make a "Photocopy" or not.
Place a document face down on the scanner glass and press the copy option on the printer control panel. Let me know if it makes a good copy or not. If the copy comes out fine, then I would suggest resetting your printing system to fix this issue. Here are the steps:
- Click the Apple menu icon, and then click “System Preferences”.
- Click “Printers and Scanner” / “Print and Scan” or “Print and Fax”.
- Right-click the blank space in the Printers list, and then click “Reset printing system”.
- Click “Reset” in the confirmation window.
- Enter an administrator username and password, and then click “OK”.
- Wait until the printing system is reset and no devices show in the Printers list
- Restart your computer and then go back to System preferences – Printers and scanners.
- Click the “Add button” (+).
- Find, and then select the name of your printer from the printer list, and then click “Add” to add your printer.
- Click “Print Using...”, and then select the name of your printer (By default “Airprint” would be selected)
Now go to http://hp.care/2iVzxWz and make sure the settings are correct as described under “Layout and formatting settings”.
Please let me know if this resolves the issue, or if you require further assistance.
Good luck 🙂

Hi Dvortex.
Thank you so much for replying - I'm sorry for my late response; I've been delaing with funeral issues. Anyway, somebody else printed off the order of service, which was what I was trying to do, but I have now followed your instructions and managed to print off a page that does not have the problem that I was getting before, so I think your instructions have solved the problem. As an added bonus, resetting the printers took off all the other printers that were listed that I no longer use, and I was able to set the 7510 as my default printer, too.
Once again, many thanks for your help.
Best regards,
M.
