Product: LaserJet 1536dnf MFP
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The printer comes on but does not function at all.  None of the buttons work and my computer cannot find the printer.  I have not used this computer for 8 weeks or more and when I turned it on today the printer just didn't work and wasn't visible to the computer
