HP Deskjet 3050A J611 series printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer no longer prints cyan or yellow and ink levels are normal. In fact, the same happens with a new cartridge of genuine HP ink. I have run HP's diagnostic test and no issues were discovered.

I have cleaned the print heads several times with no success. A print of the test page is not recognised when I scan it for alignment. If anyone knows a solution please help.
