Hi team,

I am not able to get the red color printed whenever some color printouts are being taken. Other colors yellow and blue are printed properly. I have read few solutions to clean cartridge under tools and setup, that did not work out. I tried cleaning the cartridge directly, that also did not work out. It is also not the problem with my laptop as I got the same result by giving a print command from my iPad as well.

Please help

@AkhilGagneja Welcome to HP Community!

I understand that you are unable to print the red color.

Do not worry. I will try to fix the issue.

Please let us know if you are using HP genuine ink cartridges.

Also, let us know if you are able to make the color photocopy without any issue.

Please refer to the below link to troubleshoot the issue.

Please replace the magenta ink cartridge and check.
